Trust Administrative Assistant
Piscataqua Savings Bank, a community mutual savings bank with a Trust & Investment Department managing over $300 million in assets, is looking for a part-time Trust Administrative Assistant to join its team. In this position the Trust Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the Trust Officers and Portfolio Managers as well as other department personnel in a busy, dynamic professional environment.
Job Description
The job duties include handling routine daily transactions as assigned, as well as helping to create efficiencies in meeting various daily, weekly, monthly and yearly deadlines. Two primary areas of direct responsibility are ongoing compliance reviews of Trust accounts and preparation of client presentation materials. Most work tasks are focused on maintenance and ongoing review of Trust accounts requiring attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality of all associated matters and preparation of client presentation materials. Work consists of complex, varied, standardized and non-standardized tasks requiring application of numerous laws, rules, regulations and procedures.

Job Requirements
Must possess the desire to learn new procedures and have computer competency. Proficient use of Excel and Word are required; familiarity with integrated platforms as well as other software applications (including the Microsoft Office suite). This candidate must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Education Requirements
An Associate’s Degree, or a minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a Trust Department is desired.
